Investing in Your Healing
Therapy is an investment in your growth, your clarity, your relationships, and your sense of self. We know that access to care often comes down to logistics like cost and insurance. Overture Therapy is an out-of-network practice, and we provide monthly superbills so you can seek reimbursement through your plan's out-of-network benefits.

Our rates range from $275 to $400 per 45-minute session. Fees vary based on the clinician’s experience and area of focus. Your clinician will review rates with you during your consultation.

We are out of network with all insurance plans. This means payment is made directly to your clinician at the time of service.
Many clients are reimbursed by their insurance for a portion of the cost. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, we provide a superbill each month that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
If you are not sure whether you have out-of-network benefits, it is worth calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking about coverage for outpatient mental health with an out-of-network provider.

We offer limited sliding scale spots based on financial need and clinician availability. If cost is a concern, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are always open to a conversation about what feels sustainable for you.
