“Some of what we carry is hard to say out loud. We can start with color, image, or what you notice in your body, and find the words together.”
— Radmila

Sometimes the hardest part of a big change is that no one hands you a map. You might be getting ready for a baby, finding your footing after birth, or running into the same family patterns you swore you’d outgrow, and still feel like you’re supposed to have it all figured out. Radmila works with adults and young adults in these moments. She offers a warm, collaborative space to slow down and get curious about what you need right now.

Radmila supports clients navigating life transitions, perinatal and postpartum adjustment, family dynamics, relationship patterns, and identity exploration. Many of her clients feel stretched thin by the expectations of caring for everyone else and have lost track of what they want or feel. Her work helps them build self-compassion, emotional resilience, and a steadier sense of who they are.

As a licensed and board-certified creative arts therapist, Radmila brings more than conversation into the room. Sessions may include drawing, color, or image-making alongside talk therapy. This can help when feelings are hard to put into words, and no art experience is needed.

Her approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and relational, grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based psychotherapy. She weaves in somatic awareness and experiential techniques, and she is trained in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy). Together, these help clients understand the relationships that have shaped them and find new ways of relating to themselves and others.

With nearly a decade of clinical experience, Radmila offers virtual therapy to adults and young adults throughout New York and New Jersey.
